Robin Sapp brings valuable court administration experience to the State Court of Effingham County. She began her career with Effingham County in April 2021 as a Juvenile Court Clerk, where she developed a strong foundation in court operations, case  management, and judicial support.
 

In January 2025, she advanced to serve as the Executive Judicial Assistant to the Honorable Melissa M. Calhoun, Judge of the State Court of Effingham County. In this role, Robin oversees the administration and processing of criminal filings,  assists with coordinating the Court’s daily operations, and helps ensure the efficient and orderly progression of cases through the Court.

Danielle Gibson serves as the Executive Judicial Assistant to the Honorable Melissa M. Calhoun,  Judge of the State Court of Effingham County. In this role, she oversees the administration and processing of civil filings, provides litigation support, and assists with coordinating the Court’s judicial proceedings.
 

Danielle brings a diverse professional background in legal operations, regulatory compliance, and financial services. Prior to joining the Court, she held senior leadership roles in bankruptcy operations and compliance, where she focused on complex litigation support, policy development, and operational improvement. Her experience across both the public and private sectors reflects her commitment to professionalism and the effective administration of justice.
